I found this after looking for Ceylon cinnamon because I heard the other types causes liver problems. I read that the best way to find a legit one is by getting the sticks instead of the powder because you can tell which is actually Ceylon. I've been peeling off a piece for my daily smoothies. As a stick, I don't taste much, but after it is blended, it gives my smoothie a nice cinnamon flavor. Overall I'm happy with it and would get it again.
