This is why we stand behind our products and our quality controls to make sure you are getting the best possible for you and your family.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our CONTENTMENT GUARANTEE assures you can return your product for any reason within 30 days.

If you choose to, you may also return unopened products within your order within 45 days of receipt.

Just include your order number, name, address, email address, and phone number  and in a note with the reason you are returning to this address:

We also realize customers may not need certain products or an attempt to give a gift may not work out, so we offer refunds from 45 days of the date of purchase or a replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This Guarantee is also limited to the original, end user purchaser.

How to Claim Your Guarantee:

To submit a Guarantee request, please email us at support@coconutcountryliving.com or call us at 1-800-895-0220 and have the following info available:

• Which product this is and its size
• A picture of the Best Before date and Lot code on the package along with the product
• The product UPC or Barcode number
• Where and when you purchased your product.

In some cases, such as when a product may have caused a customer to experience an adverse reaction, you may be required to return the product to us for inspection.

In any case, we pride ourselves on the best customer service in the natural foods sector, so please contact us with any questions or concerns as sometimes these situations can be satisfactorily handled with some assistance.
